About a month after giving birth to her first child, Lil Kim has given fans their very first look at little Royal Reign, the daughter born to the rapper and... probably Mr. Papers.
Wrote Lil Kim as a caption to the followng photo, which depicts the legs and feet of her offspring:

The first-time mother, who turns 40 years old tomorrow, squeezed out Royal on June 9.
