DeAnna Pappas and Stephen Stagliano of The Bachelor and Bachelorette fame are parents for the first time! The couple welcomed a little girl last week.
Stagliano tweeted the joyous announcement on Saturday.
“Our little angel is here! She was born on Feb. 6th," the 30-year-old posted. “Daddy now has two loves in his life! Thank you all for the love and support.”
Stagliano announced the baby’s gender via Twitter, “We couldn’t wait…so we scheduled another ultra sound this afternoon… and we saw a… GIRL!!!! #BabyStag.”
The couple met because of The Bachelorette.
She starred on the popular ABC reality show, and Steve's twin brother, Michael, was a contestant on Jillian Harris' season (on which Stephen had a cameo).
Michael also went on to win Bachelor Pad.
DeAnna Pappas, most notably, nixed Jason Mesnick on The Bachelorette finale in favor of Jesse Csincsak, who she broke up with shortly thereafter.
But it set it all in motion, you could say.
From that point on, each star of The Bachelor and Bachelorette has built a following on a previous season, making the show into a ratings juggernaut.
