The 22-year-old added, "#BabySeewald is already growing fast!"
"Already practicing swallowing, sucking a thumb, and actively moving arms and legs! So excited at the feeling of these first baby kicks!"
Jessa also quoted Psalm 139:13-18 in the caption.

Whatever you think of the family and their future on TV, it's glad to see Jessa and Ben Seewald, 20, and their baby are happy and healthy.
